Nagy Zsuzsa, a tradition keeper from Transylvania, has been dedicated to preserving traditions since her birth. She was selling her goods in front of the Subotica City Hall, some of which she made herself. When we visited her, the table was covered with embroidery and dolls. Zsuzsa shared with us that a family usually contacts her, and she also sells ceramics. She hopes that through this, everyone will get to know the traditions of her village.
Zsuzsa elmondta nekünk, hogy egy család szokott neki szólni és kerámiát is szokott árulni. Szeretné, ha ezáltal mindenki megismerné az ő faluja hagyományait.

Korponai Réka, a member of Népkör, has been dancing folk dance for nine years and started her career in the playhouse, where she now works as a teacher. In this role, she teaches the younger generation folk dance steps through playful tasks, which is the part of her job she enjoys the most. By doing so, she can pass on her knowledge, ensuring that the tradition lives on.

Every year, the Interetno festival is very well organized,’ said Sarnyai Mónika, who visited the events with her family. She is happy that there is finally some buzz in Subotica and considers it a great opportunity for relaxation.
