“Find the Smile Association is a politically independent civil and youth organization based in Zenta, Serbia, founded in August 2021 by passionate local young people. The founders aim to contribute to the development of the Zenta and Vojvodina community by leveraging their experiences, knowledge, and professional networks.
Our primary target group consists of 13-19-year-old students, primarily those studying in Vojvodina (especially in Zenta). Our secondary target group includes teachers in Vojvodina’s primary and secondary schools. While most of the people we reach belong to the Hungarian minority in Vojvodina, we remain open to all ethnic backgrounds.
“If every young person had a clearly defined individual goal, we could work together to achieve it collectively.”

📚 Engaging Experts: With the help of 10 specialists, we aim to enhance the practical skills of 50 youth from Vojvodina.
💼 Student Work and Internships: Providing quality student jobs and professional internship opportunities for 50 young people in Zenta and along the Tisza region.
🌍 International Programs: Enrolling 50 youth in Erasmus+ and other international skill development programs.
🚀 Stepping Out of the Comfort Zone: Encouraging 50 young individuals to participate in programs designed to push them beyond their comfort zones.
🏫 Student Network: Establishing an extracurricular student network to foster stronger connections between high schools in Zenta and the Tisza region.
🙋♂️ Increasing Membership: Growing our active membership from 30 to at least 50 members.
🏢 Youth Office: Opening and running the Hidden Haven interactive youth office in Zenta.
Hidden Haven is the brainchild of our young volunteers, initially launched as a party series to support aspiring young musicians in Vojvodina back in September 2023.
Over time, we’ve hosted 8 themed parties featuring more than 15 performers and attracting over 1,200 guests.
Today, Hidden Haven has evolved into an interactive youth community space located in Zenta at Karadjordjeva 39. Designed and crafted entirely by our young volunteers, the space reflects their ideas and needs.
Step inside and leave the stress and problems of everyday life behind. During your time here, you’ll find one thing above all: your smile.
Hidden Haven welcomes all young people with open arms.
The Find Your Smile Association is an active participant in the European Union’s Erasmus+ program.
What is Erasmus+?
In one word: opportunity!
A unique chance, primarily for young people (but not exclusively), to develop skills (English proficiency, teamwork, digital skills, etc.), discover other European (or even global) cultures, bring innovative ideas to life, and travel—all free of charge!
Is Erasmus+ only for students?
Absolutely not!
While Erasmus+ is tailored mainly for young people and professionals working with youth (teachers, youth workers, social workers), student status is not required for participation.
The primary target group is those aged 13 to 30, though some activities are open to participants younger than 13 or older than 30.
How can you participate in Erasmus+ programs?
Stay tuned—details coming soon! 😊
